Returns & Exchanges:
Please contact us at email@example.com right away to discuss any returns or exchanges.
We’re happy to process a return on any item that shows no signs of wear, wash, damage, exposure to smoke or pet hair, etc. Please return your item within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. This does not including the shipping rates.
We can only offer an even exchange for the same item (different size shirt needed, etc), or due to defect, damage at initial retrieval of product.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please contact us immediately if you have received an item other than you ordered. If you have received your order and it is the wrong item(s) due to an error caused by us – (i.e.: the item is a specific size or color that is DIFFERENT than what you ordered, or you received something completely different than what you ordered), we will work with you to get you the correct item. Shipping to domestic destinations in the US, Canada, or Mexico can take up to 1-3 weeks.
Shipping outside the US to international destinations can take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive.
Please note that international shipping may take 3-5 business days to process and up to 6-10+ days delivery. There is also a possibility that the package may get held up in customs or acquire additional fees. It is not in our control how long customs can take and we strive to get your package delivered to you as efficiently and safely as possible
Some specialty items, such as the Framed Prints and Custom-Designed Ki Journals, may take extra time to finalize, process and ship out.
When will I receive my order?
Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped.
Domestic shipping typically takes anywhere from 10-14days. Shipping to Canada or Mexico can take 1-3 weeks.
International shipping times do vary. Typically, shipping to a location outside of the US can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive.
Pre-order or backorders can take longer to receive and you will be updated by email on the process. Estimated ship dates for pre-sale or backorder items can be found on your order receipt or you will be updated accordingly. Please make sure to check any email notifications for the most updated information.
Do you ship partially filled orders?
We do not ship partial orders. We only ship full orders if all items are in stock. If items you have ordered are out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by email.
This especially applies to any pre-sale or backorder items. You will receive email notifications for updated processing and shipping dates and information.
The Ki Logo and Pure Energy T-shirts come on pre-shrunk, 100% cotton Next Level brand Tees. They are slim fit and tend to fit smaller.
The one-of-a-kind Ki Journals feature hand-drawn designs by Kiley on the front and back covers, the sides, and on select pages throughout the journal. Because these journals are designed one by one by Kiley, each journal is completely unique and not one is alike! Please note that sometimes the Journals may be on backorder or they may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience while you wait for these special items! They come straight from the heart and we cannot wait to share them with you.
Digital Download not working:
Digital Media downloads will stream directly on your phone but can only be downloaded on a desktop computer. Downloadable items will not download directly to mobile phone or a tablet. Once downloaded to a desktop computer, you can sync/transfer the media to a mobile phone or handheld device.
Once you purchase a downloadable item, the links will appear on the shopping cart page. You will also receive the download links in an email immediately following purchase.
